The present invention relates to a method for producing a low dye-containing antioxidation extract, the low dye-containing antioxidation extract, and a cosmetic composition containing the same. The method comprises a combined process including: a pre-treating and extracting process of performing pretreatment on a plant containing an antioxidation material by using supercritical fluid; a hydrophilic active ingredient extracting process; and a supercritical fluid drying process. According to the present invention, a pre-treating process, an extracting process, and a drying process, which are multistage processes, are unified and simplified, so efficiency in extraction by each process can be maximized, and a residual solvent does not finally exist. Accordingly, a potential danger of an organic solvent can be removed; and a residual solvent does not exist in an extract, so the same may be applied as an antioxidation raw ingredient for a cosmetic product and also applied to the field of foods. In particular, an extract of barley leaves is a high purity active ingredient extract containing isovitexin and saponarin, having high antioxidation efficiency, and has excellent effects in preventing skin-aging and whitening skin. |
