PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a high-alcohol drink having good taste, briskness, and aftertaste, which, in a high-alcohol drink having an alcohol concentration of 6 to 12 v/v% such as a Shochu-based highball, enables an alcoholic feeling due to high alcohol content to be suppressed and maintains an original flavor of the alcoholic drink.SOLUTION: The high-alcohol drink, with an alcoholic feeling due to a high alcohol content being suppressed, is obtained by, in a production process of a high-alcohol drink having an alcohol concentration of 6 to 12 v/v%, making an extract of fruit skin, flower, or herb included in the drink in a concentration range of 0.0001 to 1 w/v%, while maintaining an original flavor of the high-alcohol drink. The high-alcohol drink includes a Shochu-based highball, a cocktail, or a highball which has an alcohol concentration of 6 to 12 v/v%. |
