PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice volume notification device for notifying a speaker of optimum voice volume.SOLUTION: Discrimination sections 101-103 discriminate whether a collected voice signal is the voice signal of a registered speaker. A voice volume level measurement section 106 measures the volume level of the voice signal discriminated as the voice signal of the speaker by the discrimination sections 101-103 as a voice volume level. Circumferential voice level measurement sections 104, 105 measure the volume level of the voice signal discriminated as the voice signal of a person other than the speaker by the discrimination sections 101-103 as a circumferential voice level. A voice volume level present value calculation section 107 calculates the average value of the voice volume level larger than the circumferential level in a predetermined period as a present voice volume level of the speaker. A notification section 109 notifies the speaker of whether the present voice volume level is within a predetermined volume level range larger than the circumferential voice level. |
