PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission device which can transmit impact degree applied to a seating person by a waist seat belt and damage degree estimated based on the impact degree.SOLUTION: A transmission device 10 transmits both of impact degree applied to a seating person M by a waist seat belt 21B and damage degree estimated based on the impact degree, or one of them. A sensor 27 detects load P applied to the waist seat belt 21B, load distribution calculation means 31 calculates load distribution L on the basis of the detected load P, impact degree calculation means 33 calculates the impact degree applied to the seating person M on the basis of the load distribution L and a determination result that waist seat belt position determination means 32 makes, which determines whether the waist seat belt 21B is positioned on a hipbone position of the seating person M, and damage degree estimation means 37 estimates the damage degree on the basis of the impact degree. The impact degree and the damage degree are transmitted to an information transfer apparatus 40. |
