PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dark color thermal insulation aggregate excellent in wear resistance and having thermal insulation performance, and a thermal insulation cement composition using the thermal insulation aggregate.SOLUTION: By composing the thermal insulation cement composition in such a manner that a thermal insulation aggregate in which a coating layer including cement and a dark color heat insulation pigment is formed on the surface of a core material made of an inorganic material is adhered with cement free from dark color heat insulation pigment, thus excellent wear resistance is imparted, and thermal insulation performance can be expressed while suppressing the addition amount of dark color heat insulation pigment. |
