A mulching film clearing machine comprises a soil feeding wheel (1), a vibrating screen (2), a beam frame (3), a protection plate (4), a skip bucket (5), universal wheels (6), a stranding cage (7), a fan (8), a feeding pipe (9), a transmission shaft (10), a transmission box (20), a suspension arm (11) and a tractor (12). The soil feeding wheel (1) is arranged at the front end of the beam frame (3). The vibrating screen (2) is arranged on the rear side of the soil feeding wheel (1). The lower end of the rear side of the vibrating screen (2) is provided with the stranding cage (7) and the fan (8). Two groups of universal wheels (6) are arranged at the left lower end and the right lower end of the middle of the beam frame (3). The feeding pipe (9) is arranged at the outer end of an air port of the fan (8). An upper port of the feeding pipe (9) leads to the skip bucket (5) arranged at the upper end of the protection plate (4). The protection plate (4) comprises dustproof covers arranged on two sides. The dustproof covers are arranged at the upper ends and on the left side and the right side of the soil feeding wheel (1) and the vibrating screen (2) and fixedly installed on the beam frame (3). The suspension arm (11) is fixedly installed at the front end of the beam frame (3) and connected to the tractor (12). The transmission box (20) drives the soil feeding wheel (1), the vibrating screen (2), the stranding cage (7) and the fan (8). The mulching film clearing machine can clear a mulching film completely and rapidly at low cost and is capable of finishing rotary tillage, land leveling, ridging, tillage assisting and the like simultaneously. Meanwhile, small gravels contained in the land can be cleared together, and the problem that a mulching film cannot be used in successive years to achieve the effects of increasing yield and saving water is solved. |
