The present invention provides a semi-persistent scheduling method for a fountain code. A data transmission method is provided. The reception condition is fed back after data packets are sent multiple times, so as to achieve the objective of saving feedback resources. A corresponding coding algorithm and a corresponding decoding algorithm are provided. Redundant data is constructed, and it is ensured, according to redundancy of the data, that a receiving end can still reconstruct a needed original data packet in a case in which a certain quantity of data packets are lost. |
