The apparatus comprises a non-contact magnetic probe for measuring the RPM of a turbine generator, a smart sensor which converts a pulse signal outputted from the magnetic probe and outputs the RMP, and a torsional vibration analyzer which receives the signal, evaluates the separation condition of natural frequency, and evaluates the stress and lifespan of total shafting.
