A manufacturing method of seasoned laver containing pine pollen of the present invention comprises: a step (S10) for preparing dried laver in a state of foreign substances removed through salt water cleaning after being collected from the ocean; a step (S20) for applying a first oil mixture mixed with cotton seed oil, olive oil, and sunflower seed oil on one side or both sides of the laver; a step (S30) for spraying a pine pollen aqueous solution on the laver applied with the first oil mixture; a step (S40) for primarily roasting the laver sprayed with the pine pollen aqueous solution; a step (S50) for applying a second oil mixture mixed with soybean oil, rapeseed oil, and perilla oil on one side or both sides of the primarily roasted laver; a step (S60) for evenly scattering salts on one side or both sides of the laver applied with the second oil mixture; a step (S70) for secondarily roasting the laver evenly scattered with salts by heat; and a step (S80) for packaging the secondarily roasted laver with a constant size and quantity after drying. According to the present invention, the method is capable of ingesting the laver with pine pollen with excellent nutritional values in a convenient manner. |
