The present invention relates to a multistage extendable earth anchor assembly and, more specifically, to a multistage extendable earth anchor assembly inserted into a borehole and fixated to the inner wall of the borehole. The multistage extendable earth anchor assembly according to the present invention is characterized by a fixed member inserted into the borehole formed on the ground surface; a movable member arranged in the lower part of the fixed member, mounted to be slid in a vertical direction toward the fixed member, and moved in a vertical direction by tension wires connected to the outside of the borehole; multiple blade members of which lower parts are hinged to the fixed member to be able to rotate; and a rotary pin hinging the lower parts of the blade members to the fixed member to be able to rotate. The present invention is characterized by a fact that the blade member is spread by rotating the upper part of the blade member around the lower part of the blade member after moving the upper and lower parts are in a lateral direction of the fixed member by the upward movement of the movable member.
