PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a booking support method allowing a user to previously book for an event without making any operation for making the booking at a service provider.SOLUTION: The booking support method includes the steps of: acquiring a piece of information on user's schedule including user's plural events registered on the basis of date and time, a piece of information on facility schedule registered with available time of facilities providing predetermined services, and a piece of information representing a correspondence between the predetermined events and the facilities in the plural events; detecting a first available time prior to the date and time of a predetermined event as well as after the preset time by using the user's schedule information; detecting a time zone in which the first available time and a second available time as an available time of a first facility which agrees with the predetermined event by using the information representing the correspondence and the facility schedule information; performing temporal booking at the facilities in a common time zone; generating a piece of presentation information for presenting the temporal booking to the user; and transmitting the presentation information to a terminal apparatus of the user. |
