PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more strongly hold an overhead transmission line with a clamp by preventing an outermost layer of an element wire from being damaged by compression processing of the clamp.SOLUTION: A support structure of an overhead transmission line includes: an overhead transmission line 10 including a core wire part 14 and an outer layer element wire part 15; and a cylindrical anchor clamp 11 for holding the outer layer element wire part 15 from an outer circumference with compression processing. Outside element wires 24 in an element wire outermost layer 21 of the outer layer element wire part 15 include fitting structures to be fitted to each other. On a cross section of the overhead transmission line 10 vertical to a length direction, a sectional area decrease rate of the outer layer element wire part 15 and the anchor clamp 11 as a whole after the compression processing is 2.0 to 4.0%. |
