PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material having fire resistance, small in specific gravity, excellent in mechanical physical property, especially easy to fabricate and achieving weight saving of automobile parts.SOLUTION: There is provided a polyethylene resin composition for injection molding containing polyethylene of 70 to 98 wt.%, metal hydrate of 1 to 15 wt.% and polyethylene having 0.05 to 2.0 wt.% of a polar group and satisfying properties (1) to (2). Property (1): property with temperature of 190°C and melt flow rate (MFR) measured at 2.16 kg of 1 to 100 g/10 min. Property (2): density of 0.90 to 1.10 g/cm. |
