PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an objective wiping sheet excellent in removal performance for both burnt deposits and liquid and gelatinous contaminants such as oil stains and also to provide a manufacturing method for such an objective wiping sheet.SOLUTION: An objective wiping sheet 10 is formed by layering and integrating at least two nonwoven fabrics. The nonwoven fabric forming one surface of the objective wiping sheet is a thermobonded nonwoven fabric 1, and the nonwoven fabric forming the other surface of the objective wiping sheet is a spunlaced nonwoven fabric 2. The thermobonded nonwoven fabric comprises 20 mass% or more of thermoadhesive fibers with respect to the gross mass of the thermobonded nonwoven fabric, and the fineness of the thermobonded nonwoven fabric is 7.5 dtex or more and 16 dtex or less. At least part of intersections of the fibers constituting the thermobonded nonwoven fabric is thermobonded by the thermoadhesive fibers. The spunlaced nonwoven fabric comprises 20 mass% or more of ultra fine fibers with fineness of 0.6 dtex or less with respect to the gross mass of the spunlaced nonwoven fabric.
