PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that there are demands for an electronic device that incudes a multi electronic component module structure capable of suppressing transmission loss between a plurality of electronic components and also capable of being easily manufactured, and a method for manufacturing the electronic device, easy in process control.SOLUTION: An electronic device includes: a substrate; a plurality of lower layer electronic components mounted so as to be face-up on a plurality of mounting regions included on the substrate; at least one upper layer electronic component mounted so as to be face-down while striding over a plurality of main surfaces of the plurality of lower layer electronic components; and an adjusting element formed such that heights of the plurality of main surfaces over which the upper layer electronic component strides are uniform. |
