Disclosed are a method and terminal for eliminating interference, the method comprising: a first terminal determines a channel parameter from a transmitting antenna of a second terminal to a receiving antenna of the first terminal; the first terminal receives a first signal over a first resource, the first signal comprising useful signals from a base station (BS) and a first interfering signal, the first interfering signal being an interfering signal generated when the second terminal transmits a second signal to the BS over the first resource; according to the channel parameter, the first terminal determines and eliminates the first interfering signal in the first signal. The method and terminal for interference elimination in an embodiment of the present invention can achieve elimination of an interfering signal between terminals for signals received by an interfered terminal according to the channel parameter between the interfering terminal and the interfered terminal.
