The present invention relates to a welding device of a horizontal connector for a scaffold. A fixed body (56) and a moving body (58), each of which has rotating frames (44, 46) and arc welder torch bodies (48, 50, 52, 54), installed on top of a frame (42) to face each other in a lateral direction. After the position of the moving body (58) from the fixed body (56) is adjusted depending on the length of a horizontal connector (10) to be obtained, connectors (16, 18) are combined and fixed to an end part of the rotating frames (44, 46) separately using combining pieces (80, 32) and connecting pins (82, 134). A pipe body (12) is combined with the right and left connectors (16, 18) by inserting the pipe body (12), which has combining grooves (14) at both end parts, between the right and left connectors (16, 18). The pipe body (12) is welded to the upside, downside, right and left welding parts (156, 158, 160, 162) of the right and left connectors (16, 18) by rotating the rotating frames (44, 46) and operating the torch bodies (48, 50, 52, 54) by inclined cylinders (84, 86, 140, 142) and horizontal cylinders (88, 90, 144, 146). Therefore, the right and left connectors (16, 18) can be welded and fixed accurately to a given position of the pipe body (12) without an error while improving productivity during manufacture. |
