The present invention provides a device for a turn signal lamp of a vehicle, which can reduce a risk of an accident generated in case a plurality of vehicles change a lane at the same time when driving a vehicle. According to the present invention, the device for a turn signal lamp of a vehicle is provided in a head lamp of a vehicle to display a driving direction to surrounding vehicles. The head lamp comprises: a penetration unit composed of a permeable material and having a sealed type; an irradiation unit irradiating light to the penetration unit; a refraction unit installed inside the penetration unit, and refracting an irradiation angle by reflecting light irradiated in the irradiation unit; and an angle adjustment unit connected to the refraction unit to automatically adjust an angle of the refraction unit.
