PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve emergency avoidance performance.SOLUTION: A vehicle motion control system comprises: a risk potential determination part for determining a risk potential of a vehicle, on the basis of at least any one of environment information and vehicle information; a friction brake device for applying friction brake force to the vehicle; and a regenerative brake device for applying regenerative brake force to the vehicle. The vehicle motion control system further comprises a control value determination part for determining a first control value for determining degree of the friction brake force, and a second control value for determining degree of the regenerative brake force, and the control value determination part determines at least the first control value, based on the risk potential determined by the risk potential determination part.
