PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate a switching speed of a gate current while highly accurately controlling the gate current in a driving device.SOLUTION: A driving device 100 includes an off-side circuit 120 for performing off-operation of a power switching element and an on-side circuit 110 for performing on-operation. At least either one of the circuits includes: a plurality of main MOS transistors; a sense MOS transistor configuring a current mirror against the main MOS transistors; and a sense current control circuit for constantly controlling a drain current of the sense MOS transistor. The sense current control circuit is constituted so that a fixed drain current determined by a resistance value of a reference resistor and reference potential is allowed to flow into the sense MOS transistor. Further switching circuits SW connected to gates of the main MOS transistors to switch a gate current of the power switching element by controlling on/off of the main MOS transistors are included.
