PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle electronic device and the like capable of calling a driver's attention more properly than ever.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle electronic device determines whether there is a sign or not in forward image data photographed by a vehicle outside photographing camera (S110). When it is determined that there is the sign (S110:Y), the device adds importance based on a type of a traffic sign (S130), so as to determine whether to suppress notification based on the type of the traffic sign (S200) or not (S180 and S190). Therefore, a problem is solved that appropriate attention awakening is not possible because a driver feels frequent notifications about the signs having low importance to be gloomy or the driver let notification of the important sign go past due to much habituation of frequent notifications. |
