PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor with leakage magnetic flux eliminated.SOLUTION: A rotor 10a includes a rotor core 12, fastening members 14, magnets 16, end plates 18, and a rotary shaft 20. The rotor core 12 includes magnet holes 22, cut portions 24, and fastening holes 26a, the fastening members 14 being inserted into the fastening holes 26a and the magnets 16 being buried in the magnet holes 22. Each cut portion 24 is arranged from an end part of the magnet hole 22 up to an outer periphery of core sheets 28. The cut portion 24 is space and a portion having no electromagnetic steel plate. A position 30 where the magnet 16 is brought into contact with an inner wall of an aperture portion of the magnet hole 22 is fixed by welding. |
