PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a network having appropriate connection, for each user.SOLUTION: A network controller for controlling a network in which a switch device capable of controlling passage of a packet on the basis of setting information is disposed comprises: an acquisition unit for acquiring switch information for identifying a switch device to which a terminal device is to be connected, terminal identification information for identifying the terminal device, and group information on a logical network capable of being accessed by a user using the terminal device; and a setting processing unit for setting, for the switch device, setting information that is created on the basis of the switch information, group information, and terminal identification information acquired by the acquisition unit and is used for controlling communication between the terminal device and another device connected to the network. |
