PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving body tracking apparatus which can precisely track a moving body moving against an overall flow of moving bodies.SOLUTION: A moving body tracking apparatus includes a movement vector acquisition unit 23 which acquires a movement vector indicating the movement of a moving body between images constituting a dynamic image, an overall direction acquisition unit 24 which acquires an overall direction indicating an overall movement direction of the moving bodies included in the dynamic image, and a counter movement tracking unit 25 which tracks one of the moving bodies that moves counter in relation to the overall direction on the basis of the moving vector having a direction different from the overall direction by a predetermined angle or more.
