An organic light-emitting device and a manufacturing method therefor, and an organic light-emitting display apparatus and a driving method therefor. The organic light-emitting device comprises a substrate (1), a first electrode layer (2), an organic layer (4), and a second electrode layer (3). The first electrode layer (2), the organic layer (4) and the second electrode layer (3) are located above the substrate (1). The organic layer (4) is disposed between the first electrode layer (2) and the second electrode layer (3). The first electrode layer (2), the organic layer (4) and the second electrode layer (3) form a laminated region and an inverted region. At least part of the laminated region and at least part of the inverted region do not overlap in the projection direction of the substrate (1). The laminated region is used for emitting light of a first specific color in the positive half cycle of an alternating current. The inverted region is used for emitting light of a second specific color in the negative half cycle of the alternating current. In this manner, the color of light emitted by the organic light-emitting device is adjustable, and the service life of the organic light-emitting device is improved.
