Disclosed are a service signaling tracing method and device and a computer storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring original signaling information from a signaling network, and converting the original signaling information into a message sequence; organizing the message sequence based on different service flows to generate trace events; learning a relationship between identification information of users, and adding the identification information to corresponding trace events according to a learning result; and acquiring all trace events of one service of the same user, and associating all the trace events of one service of the same user into a trace session.
