The present invention relates to systems for reconnecting two portions O1, O2 of a long bone OI by implanting at least one pin Br in the medullary canal Cm of said bone. The present invention is characterized in that the system has a rod 10 of axis 11 defined between a proximal end 101 and a distal end 102, the end 102 having a point 13 able to perforate an osseous medium; a hole 20 formed at the end 102 of the rod 10 along an axis 21 forming a non-zero angle α with the axis 11, the hole opening out on the lateral wall of the rod via an opening 22; and a channel 30 formed in the rod 10 along a channel axis 31 substantially parallel to the axis 11, an end 32 of the channel opening out via a distal opening into the hole 20, the other end 33 of the channel opening out via a proximal opening on the lateral wall of the rod at a non-zero distance from the end 102 of the latter. Use, advantageously, in the reduction of a fracture of a metacarpal bone. |
