The present invention relates to a flat cold water tank. According to one side surface of the present invention, the present invention comprises: a case having an inlet where drinking water is introduced and having an outlet where the cooled drinking water is discharged; an ice-making unit provided to the inside of a case and having a coolant pipe where a coolant flows and having ice generated on an outer circumferential surface of the coolant pipe; and a cooling passage provided to the inside of the case and provided between the inlet and the outlet and of which at least a portion of the outer circumferential surface is formed by the outer circumferential surface of the ice-making unit and where the drinking water flows to be cooled.
