Disclosed are a system and a method of a document converter applying mobile encryption. The system comprises: a conversion unit for analyzing a file including any one among an office file, an HWP, a PDF, and a document file, and converting the file to an image file; an encryption unit for issuing and encrypting a unique key according to each content ID by dividing the converted file into a block format; and an output unit for sending each of the encrypted block format files to a place where a user request comes from.
