The present invention relates to an apparatus for producing a vacuum glass panel and a method for producing a vacuum glass panel using the same. The apparatus for producing a vacuum glass panel according to the present technique comprises: a process chamber; and a heating device which is installed inside the process chamber, melts a frit sealing member of the vacuum glass panel which is transferred inside the process chamber and cools the melted frit sealing member, wherein the process chamber is divided into a heating zone which heats the frit sealing member and a cooling zone which cools the frit sealing member heated in the heating zone, wherein a division surface, which divides the heating zone and the cooling zone, has a opening and closing unit which opens and closes to transfer heat of the heating zone, which is generated in a process which heats the frit sealing member, to the cooling zone.
