PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ship capable of preventing water from entering a plurality of rooms when damaged in an emergency.SOLUTION: A ship 1 includes: a hull 10 comprising bilateral sidewalls 20a, 20b, a ship bottom, and a plurality of decks including a freeboard deck; a plurality of rooms 41, 42 existing in the interior of the hull 10 and partitioned into front and rear parts in the longitudinal direction of the hull 10 by a bulkhead 23; and flood suppression watertight compartments 31a, 31b, 32a, 32b disposed in the interior of the plurality of rooms 41, 42, partitioning a space to a double bottom upper deck lower than the freeboard deck or to the freeboard deck from the ship bottom, and coming into contact with a port side sidewall 20a or a starboard side sidewall 20b, and the bulkhead 23. |
