PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent oily cosmetic which is excellent in temporal stability, has no stickiness to the skin when applied to the skin, and excellent in emollient effect.SOLUTION: A transparent oily cosmetic contains the following component (a)-(c): (a) fruit juice which is a pressed material of citrus fruits; (b) an oil which is liquid at 25°C; and (c) polyoxyethylene sorbitol fatty acid ester with an HLB value of 10-15.
