PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gelatine capsule agent which can prevent insolubilization of gelatin coating and to provide a production method thereof.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a gelatin capsule agent which contains (A) medium chain fatty acid triglyceride, and (B) dipeptide sweetener and/or (C) menthol, and which is obtained by coating with gelatin a composition containing 0.025% by weight or more of aldehydes, (B) dipeptide sweetener in suspension state, and/or (C) menthol in solution state. The invention also relates to a production method for the gelatin capsule agent comprising a step of suspending dipeptide sweetener (B) in the composition, and/or(C) a step of dissolving menthol, and a step of coating the obtained composition with gelatin. |
