1. A method of treating or preventing a GPCR-mediated disorder in a subject comprising administering to the subject identified as in need thereof a compound of formula (I):wherein,
R1 is independently H, NH2, NH(R′), N(R′)2; orwherein ring A is a 3-8 membered heterocyclic or heteroaryl, containing 0-3 additional heteroatoms selected from O, N and S; wherein ring A is optionally substituted;
each R′ is independently alkyl, alkenyl, or alkynyl, each of which may be optionally substituted; R2 is independently —(CH2)n-; each n is independently 1 or 2; R3 is independently H, OH, or halo; R4 is independently H, OH, or halo each R5 is independently alkyl, aryl, halo, nitro, amino, heteroaryl, cycloalkyl, heterocyclic, or alkoxy; R6 is independently H or alkyl; R7 independently H, or N(alkyl)2; and each R8 is independently aryl, cycloalkyl, heteroaryl, or heterocyclic, optionally substituted with 1, 2, 3, or 4 independent R5;or salt, hydrate or solvate thereof. |
