The present invention provides a terminal device (1A-1C) with which it is possible to perform communication efficiently in a communication system in which a base station device (3) and the terminal device (1A-1C) communicate. The terminal device (1A-1C) for communicating with the base station device (3) is provided with: a receiving unit for receiving notification about the cell state of the base station device (3); a channel state information generation unit for generating channel state information on the basis of a channel measurement obtained on the basis of a channel state information reference signal and an interference measurement obtained on the basis of a channel state information interference measurement resource; and a transmission unit for transmitting the channel state information. The channel state information generation unit performs the channel measurement or interference measurement on the basis of a subframe in which the cell state is taken into consideration.
