The present invention relates to a method for producing OH-radical water and controlling concentration. When an ionization device (15) passes through a liquid (water), 0H-radical water is produced, and a concentration thereof is controlled. Conventionally, ozone of an ozone generator is fed in water and dissolved to be used. However, according to the present invention, an ozone generator is not used, but an ionization device ionizes a liquid (water) by using a change in a flow speed by pump discharge and magnetism of an ND magnet. When the liquid passes through a strong magnetic field with speed energy, binarization is performed, and atoms increase over an energy level of electrons, so OH-radical water is produced. A concentration is controlled by a change in a flow speed by a discharge amount and discharge pressure of a pump and the number of pass and operation time of an ionization device (16). |
