The present invention provides a molded object discharging device with an integrated core mold capable of simplifying a process to the utmost, simply performing molding, efficiently discharging molded objects whose molding process is completed, and efficiently manufacturing the molded objects by uniformly discharging the molded objects from the core mold integrated with a vacuum molding device. The device comprises: a vacuum molding device consisting of an upper frame which has an upper mold at a lower end and vertically reciprocates, a lower frame which has a lower mold at an upper end and vertically reciprocates by corresponding to the upper mold, and a vacuum chamber which is on the upper frame and seals the upper mold and the lower mold in a vacuum; a core mold unit wherein multiple core members arranged inside in the upper and lower molds and formed into a shape corresponding to the internal shape of the molded object are arranged at intervals; and an air discharging unit arranged in one side of the vacuum molding device and injecting high-pressure air between the core members and the molded objects to discharge the molded objects from the core members of the core mold unit. The air discharging unit comprises: an air supply line wherein high-pressure air is supplied from the outside; an air injector connected and joined to one end of the air supply line and having a nozzle hole capable of injecting air at the front; and a discharging member integrally mounted at the front of the air injector and extended to discharge the molded objects by covering the circumference of the molded objects. |
