The present invention relates to an apparatus for welding a part for a shock absorber of a vehicle, comprising a base plate; a support frame; a fixed cylinder; a support cylinder; a rotation base; an extracting cylinder; and a pair of reinforcing welders. The support frame is vertically fixated to an upper surface of the base plate. The fixed cylinder is fixated to the support frame and has a pressurizing stand. The support cylinder is vertically fixated to the support frame and has a support stand moving forward and backward to support the eye as a target to be welded. The rotation base is installed on the base plate positioned directly below the pressurizing stand, is rotated by a rotation motor, and fixates a base cap where the eye is placed. The extracting cylinder is installed opposite to the support cylinder and has a holder to be inserted into the eye to extract the eye when the eye is welded to the base cap to be an assembly. The reinforcing welders are installed symmetrically to each other in an oblique direction of the base plate based on the horizontal and radial direction of the assembly. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the eye is rotated in a state where the eye is placed on the base cap such that the entire periphery where the eye is in contact with the base cap is welded, thereby preventing poor welding. Moreover, the apparatus for welding the part for the shock absorber includes a spatter cover to prevent weld spatter generated during welding from being melted on the base cap, thereby improving the product′s quality. |
