PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition capable of forming a coating film excellent in weather proof and hydrophilic characteristics.SOLUTION: A coating composition comprises Si-containing resin, a photocatalyst particle, and an aqueous medium, in which the Si-containing resin and photocatalyst particle are dispersed in the aqueous medium, the Si-containing resin including a polysiloxane segment. Preferably, the Si-containing resin has at least one of spectral peaks in a temperature change curve of loss tangent (tanδ) which is measured at measurement frequency 1 Hz using a solid viscoelasticity measurement device based on JIS K 7244-4 in 120-180°C, and particle diameter of the Si-containing resin is equal to or less than 1/15 of particle diameter of the photocatalyst particle. |
