PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to perform a chat by using input information from the user.SOLUTION: An image distribution device 10 receives a handwritten input image including a locus input handwritten by a first user to a display screen of a terminal device 31 in which a virtual space where characters of first and second users are arranged is displayed in a state that the virtual space is set to a background from the terminal equipment 31. The image distribution device 10 transmits the received handwritten input image as a message of the first user to a terminal device 32. Thereby, the handwritten input image is displayed in association with the character of the first user on the display screen of the terminal device 32 in which the virtual space is displayed.
