PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation apparatus for a power generation device that can be easily manufactured, reduces abnormal sound and vibration and can be eccentrically rotated.SOLUTION: In the rotation apparatus for a power generation device, a horizontally rotating/driving shaft 200 is installed on a rotation center part 100c of a vertical-type complete-circle fly wheel 100; a plurality of elastic weights 300 are arranged at intervals of uniform rotational angle in a circumference direction and along a line in a radial direction in each of both sides of the complete-circle fly wheel to be freely slid by a guide mechanism 500G; a relative arrangement relation of the elastic weights between both sides of the complete-circle fly wheel is arranged at the same intervals as the intervals of uniform rotational angle or arranged to be displaced at a predetermined rotation angle; the side of each elastic weight is mounted with a guide roll 400; a complete-circle rail guide 500 is positionally fastened to face in parallel each of both sides of the complete-circle fly wheel; the guide rolls of the elastic weights are guided in a complete-circle locus and the center of the complete-circle rail guide is displaced by a predetermined amount in a horizontal direction or in an obliquely downward direction from the center position of the complete-circle fly wheel. |
