The user control device comprises: a first control module frame (210) corresponding to the first frame (110); a second module frame (220) corresponding to the second frame, and spaced apart from the first control module frame (210); a plurality of control module legs (230) each having one end supported by the first control module frame (210) and the other end supported by the second control module frame (220), and having a variable length as the relative position or posture varies between the first control module frame (210) and the second control module frame (220).
