The present invention relates to a method for simultaneously analyzing protein-protein binding between libraries through a novel yeast two hybrid system. More particularly, the present invention relates to: a pAD-acc vector and a pDBD-donor vector including a barcode sequence specific to target protein; a yeast strain including a c-myc reporter expression cassette and a Cre reporter expression cassette at the same time; and a method for detecting protein interaction between libraries by introducing the same vectors into the same yeast strain. According to the method of the present invention, interaction between two proteins can be selected in a very simple manner. Therefore, library-to-library selection can be performed beyond an existing yeast two hybrid method. Consequently, the method of the present invention is effective for detecting interaction between proteins. |
