摘要 According to the present invention, introduced are frozen pizza producing method for producing a frozen pizza dough, and frozen pizza dough and frozen pizza produced through the same, wherein the frozen pizza dough can have a soft texture by rising when being baked in an oven by a consumer by improving a texture of the frozen pizza dough. The frozen pizza producing method according to an aspect of the present invention comprises: a preparing step of coating baking yeast with a coating material; a producing step of producing pizza dough having a starch degrading enzyme, a proteolytic enzyme, and the baking yeast from the preparing step added therein; a molding step of molding the pizza dough from the producing step; and a freezing step of producing a frozen pizza dough by freezing the pizza dough from the molding step.
