PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide granular soup showing excellent flowability and presenting concentrated white color by easily melting in water or hot water, in the production of the granular soup containing emulsified food powder in the raw material, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A method for producing granular soup includes using as a pelletizing binder, a solution which is prepared so as to bring a concentration of dextrin with 2-5 DE to 1.5-2.5 wt.%.
