PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing member of a horizontal frame of a wooden building and a reinforcing construction method of the horizontal frame of the wooden building in which the carrying-in and construction in a space saving manner are made possible and reinforcement work is made simple.SOLUTION: Brace hardware 11 is built between two horizontal members 1, 2 connected in an internal corner A of a horizontal frame 10. A male screw part 152 is integrally provided along the axial direction in the end of a linear stretching member 15 and is inserted to a through-hole 116 provided in a bridge part 111 of the brace hardware 11. In that state, a female screw member 17 is fastened to the male screw part 152 at both sides across the bridge part 111 of the brace hardware 11. Thereby, the end of the linear stretching member 15 is fixed to a bridge part 111 of the brace hardware 11, and the linear stretching member 15 is bridged between two internal corners A, B existing in the diagonal position of the horizontal frame 10 while being tensioned. |
