PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC tag issuing device capable of increasing issuing speed performing high-speed communication processing with a plurality of columns of IC tags.SOLUTION: An IC tag issuing device comprises a plurality of column antenna units 31a-31j disposed such that each column faces each of a plurality of columns of IC tags 10 arranged as an IC tag continuum 1, and communicates with each IC tag 10 in the IC tag continuum using the plurality of column antenna units 31a-31j by an electromagnetic induction system. The plurality of column antenna units 31a-31j are disposed in a column direction or a direction along a transportation direction of the IC tag continuum 1. Each of the column antenna units 31a-31j is electromagnetically shielded (by a shield plate 310 and an antenna case) except a surface facing the IC tags 10 of the IC tag continuum 1. |
