A wearable projection device, and a focusing method and a projecting method therefor. The focusing method comprises: location information of a projection centre of the wearable projection device is collected, the projection centre being on a palm; using a set frequency for execution, the distance between the projection centre and the wearable projection device is determined according to the collected location information of the projection centre of the wearable projection device, the projection centre being on the palm; the focal length of a lens group within the wearable projection device is determined according to the determined distance between the projection centre and the wearable projection device; the focal length of the lens group is adjusted according to the determined focal length of the lens group. The focusing method improves the stability of the clarity of a display image projected by the wearable projection device on the surface of the palm.
