The present invention provides a lateral sound making loudspeaker module, comprising a loudspeaker body and a module shell that is used for accommodating the loudspeaker body. The module shell comprises a module lower shell, a module middle shell and a module upper shell. A space formed by the loudspeaker body, the module middle shell and the module lower shell is a rear sound cavity. A spaced formed by the loudspeaker body, the module middle shell and the module upper shell is a front sound cavity. The lateral sound making loudspeaker module further comprises a cover plate that is buckled on the top of the module upper shell, and a cavity is formed by the cover plate and the module upper shell. A position where the module upper shell is connected to the rear sound cavity is provided with conducting holes through which the cavity is communicated with the rear sound cavity. By sealing the conducting holes, the front sound cavity is separated from the rear sound cavity. By means of the lateral sound making loudspeaker module provided by the present invention, superfluous space of the module upper shell can be converted into the rear sound cavity, and therefore the size of the rear sound cavity is increased, and the acoustic performance of the loudspeaker module is improved. |
