The present invention relates to underpants for men having a function of preventing the underpants from being wedged in surroundings of an anus, which can prevent the underpants from being rolled into or wedged in surroundings of an anus as well as securing ventilation and preventing skin disease. To this end, the present invention comprises: a front surface member having a function of separating a penis and scrotum, using the characteristics of the spandex fabric; a rear surface member connected to the front surface member and having a curved part and a bent part formed by applying a curvature radius value according to a predetermined standard; and a waist band member that interconnects and supports the front surface member and the rear surface member and is made of elastic silicon, wherein the front surface member, the rear surface member, and the waist band member are uniquely cut and sewn to prevent the underpants, when the underpants have been worn, from being rolled into or wedged in surroundings of an anus, thereby preventing anal disease in advance. Further, the underpants allow simultaneous application of a tension and a contractile force, which can completely separate a penis and scrotum to secure the ventilation therebetween, thereby preventing a skin disease from being generated in a groin by sweat generated by contact between the penis and scrotum. |
